Strategic Planning - Implementation equips leaders and managers with the practical skills to convert strategic intent into measurable results. This course moves beyond strategy formulation to focus on the operational, governance, people and measurement mechanisms required to execute strategy reliably. Participants will learn how to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, manage change, and establish feedback loops that sustain performance and continuous improvement.
1. Develop a 12-month implementation roadmap with priorities, milestones, owners, and resource estimates.
2. Define measurable KPIs and a reporting cadence aligned to strategic objectives.
3. Design a governance model that specifies decision rights, escalation paths, and meeting rhythms.
4. Create a stakeholder engagement and change-management plan to secure adoption and address resistance.
5. Establish a review and course-correction process that uses performance data to trigger actions.

- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
